TANIA LEGER is an Executive Coach and Intercultural Trainer. She has worked with individuals from over 120 global companies in Singapore, China and the Philippines. 

​

Prior to becoming a Coach, Mrs. Léger was an Area Manager for LVMH Watches & Jewellery in Switzerland and Singapore. In Singapore, she oversaw Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines and travelled to visit the markets regularly.

 

Tania gained extensive cross-cultural experience as an expatriate living and working in Singapore; Beijing, China; and Manila, Philippines, until permanently relocating back to Singapore in 2008.

She has delivered assignment-related to intercultural management training programs and executive coaching to senior level executives for the past 19 years.

As an NLP Master trainer, Sanjeev specialises in facilitating high impact, result oriented solutions, bringing in NLP tools for learning skills enhancement.
