Objective

1. To Imbibe, appreciate and respect the Seven Dimensions of Culture and how it influences the organization culture.

2. To Understand how several business issues and conflicts which arise, are in fact, outcomes of cultural differences.

3. To Understand the “Dilemma Reconciliation Theory” and “how to apply” it in the context of their business issues and conflicts.

Outcomes

At the end of this session, the audience will be able to relate to their individual culture and their organizational culture. Further, they will be able to identify the gaps between the desired organization culture and the current one and devise strategies and action plans to “bridge the gaps”. In addition, they would have learnt how to use the Dilemma Reconciliation Theory in solving problems in their business environments.

Also included is free access to the Culture for Business App for 1 year plus certification. 

Methodology

Pre- session handouts, Case studies and Classroom training, Dilemma Reconciliation Exercise with generic Business Issues as business cases.

Note: It is possible to split this across 2 one day sessions, instead of 2 consecutive days. 

This is also ideal for those who have attended the Level 1 Certification and can be wrapped up in 1 day for those audiences. This will require additional pre-session preparation for the audience.
